The common area maintenance fee for properties at Garden Atlas is a fixed amount of ฿12,000. This amount has to be paid by owners for the upkeep of the common areas of the project. For new residential developments, it is common to pay up to 1-3 years’ common area maintenance fees in advance upon the transfer of the properties' ownership.
For new projects, the buyer pays a one-off lump sum upon transfer of the property from the developer to the buyer. This fund is to be used for major renovations and replacement of equipment when necessary, to ensure the maintenance of the building and the common area. I went on a viewing a few days ago. This is another quality project for anyone who loves peaceful living and nature. The location is not far from the main road, you can still travel easily. It's surrounded by woods, so serene and liveable. The project itself is not that ...big for only 7 units which are pretty private. The villa design is super stunning, and the land area is quite large. I love that I can get more light and air through the windows. It's perfect as a vacation home. I would recommend it if you are looking for a big villa. Show More
