My family and I have been renting this house for a month. It is a 2-story single detached house with a spacious living area and is well ventilated. The landlord takes very good care of the house because it still looks new and clean. The house has beautiful decorations, and most furniture in this house is built-in. There are air conditions in the living room and both bedrooms. The atmosphere is very quiet. The neighbors are lovely. The common area is well maintained, not crowded. I feel very private. There are also security guards to look after the villagers. The project has a convenient location, close to the city, easy to find foods and restaurants, and it is only a 15 minutes drive to Central Festival Phuket or TESCO Lotus Extra Mall Phuket.
